During a never to be forgotten programme of 11 March 2003, Roy Jacobs played Mozart’s Bassoon Concerto. The Bassoon doesn’t often get top billing in this way. It was riveting.
In his programme of Sept 21st 2004, Trevor Wright played Xian Xing-Hi’s Yellow River Concerto.

An amazing start to the New Year.
On April 17th of 2007, Charles Firth put together a superb programme entitled “My Memories are made of this” including Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody along with the comment - “Don’t worry FRMS, its Orchestral!”
On September 4th 2007, Lesley Sumner gave us John Rutter’s Mass of the Children.
Later that month: Concerto for Cello and Orchestra by Dvorak presented by our Chairman Brian Challis.
